2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may, at our discretion, decline or cancel any order for any reason (including lack of availability, errors in pricing, or suspicious activity).

Once you place an order and payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of the order; final acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product.

3. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise and exclude applicable taxes and shipping charges unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

Payments must be made using the payment methods displayed on the website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Netbanking, Wallets (as available).
• We use third-party payment processors; their terms and privacy policies also apply.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier, and unforeseen circumstances. Any delivery dates provided are approximate.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect your delivery upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is any damage or an incorrect item.

5. Returns & Exchanges

No Return or Exchange: We do not offer returns or exchanges on any products once delivered due to hygiene and safety.

Exceptions may be made only when a product is received damaged or incorrectly shipped. To report such issues, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will assess and, where appropriate, replace the product or offer a refund.

6. Product Information

We sell traditional ghee products including:

• A2 Bilona Cow Ghee: Traditionally prepared using the Bilona process from A2 milk.
• A2 Cow Ghee: Ghee produced from milk of A2-deshi cows, light and easy to digest.
• Buffalo Milk Ghee: Rich, creamy ghee derived from buffalo milk with higher fat content.

All product descriptions are made in good faith. Minor variations in color, texture, or aroma are normal with natural products.

Allergies & Dietary Information: Our products are dairy-based. If you have milk allergies or dietary restrictions, please consult a healthcare professional before use.

7. Warranties

Products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product quality, but we do not warrant that products will meet every individual’s expectations or needs.

Where applicable consumer protection laws provide implied guarantees; our terms will not affect those rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vardhan Health Charger will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the product that is the subject of the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is owned or licensed by Vardhan Health Charger and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
