4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number.
You may track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.
5. Delivery Responsibility & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that the provided address and phone number are accurate.
Any failed delivery due to incorrect details will not be refunded.
- If the delivery is attempted but fails, the courier may try again.
- If the order returns to us due to non-availability, re-shipping charges apply.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If the product is delivered damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of the packaging and product for verification.
Upon approval, we will replace the item or offer a refund.

7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Only orders within India are accepted.
