Refund & Replacement Policy

Overview

At Vardhan Health Charger, we take care to deliver fresh, hygienic ghee. Due to the perishable and food-grade nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for items that have been delivered and accepted. However, we will review and resolve issues when products are damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped.

When refunds or replacements apply

We will consider a refund or replacement only in the following situations:

  • Damaged on arrival: Packaging is visibly damaged and the product is spoiled, leaking, or contaminated.
  • Incorrect item shipped: You received a product different from what you ordered (wrong variety, size, or quantity).
  • Manufacturing defect: Product shows evidence of a defect that existed prior to delivery.

How to request a refund or replacement

To report an issue, please follow these steps immediately after delivery:
  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery (calls or emails received after 48 hours may not be accepted).
  2. Provide your order number, date of delivery, and a brief description of the problem.
  3. Attach clear photos or a short video showing the damaged packaging and the product condition.

Assessment & resolution

Once we receive your request and evidence, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt within 24–48 hours.
  • Review photos/videos and order records.
  • If the claim is approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund (refund method will follow the original payment channel where possible).

Note: Refunds may take up to 7–14 business days to process depending on the payment provider and bank.

Exceptions & non-refundable items

The following are not eligible for refund or replacement:

  • Products accepted and used by the customer.
  • Damage due to customer mishandling after delivery.
  • Claims submitted beyond the 48-hour reporting window (unless exceptional circumstances apply).

When refunds or replacements apply

We will consider a refund or replacement only in the following situations:

Partial refunds

In limited situations (for example, partial damage), we may offer a partial refund at our discretion after reviewing the evidence.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel your order only while it is in “processing” and before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order is not cancellable—please follow the refund/replacement procedure above if there is an issue upon delivery.

Quality assurance

We follow strict quality processes and lab testing where required. Natural variations in color, aroma, or texture are normal for artisanal ghee and are not considered defects.

Escalation & dispute

If you are not satisfied with our initial resolution, escalate via email to support@vardhanhealthcharger.com with the subject line: Refund Escalation — Order #[your order number]. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days.
